Not attending the Graduation Ceremony
Well, from the heading, u guys know wad I'm gonna say already. Just received my updated roster for July and it seems that the graduation ceremony clashes with my training period. So I doubt I can take off for that period as they dun repeat the training just for u alone, plus I won't be training within my office premises. I'll be going to some kuku branch, and I dun think I can afford to skip even a day of training or I'll be dead meat when it comes to hands-on of stuffs after I've sorta "graduated" from the training phase and proceed on to do the actual tasks I'm supposed to be doing, which will be technical support. Loads to learn. Sianz...
I haven't spoken to my supervisor yet, I wanted to tell her today, but apparently I forgot haha..But I reali doubt I can take off for that day. If I'm not in the training period, it'll be easy, cos I can just swap with whoever that's off that day. Anyway, work's rather fun, with nice colleagues (what I meant are those who started work on the same day as me). As for the perm staffs there, including my mentor, well I've just been told by him that I'm SLOW..Fine..I'll need to buck up, but it's unfair, cos I've not touched even a portion of what's been done during training, well maybe for one part, out of ten zillion parts. Other newbies got to hands-on, and apply what they learned during their training, so it's not fair. Well, I'm going to be attached to 4th floor tmr, to apply real life situations of what I have learnt during training. Thank God. N thank my sup, cos I guess she finally realise I indeed am blur without much hands-on, and indirectly I'll also be hindering my mentor from performing at his peak. The productivity my sup briefed me on scares me outta my wits today. OMG..I better not say, or it'll be too loh soh, since u all hv no idea wad it's all abt, and it's hard to contemplate too..Duh..I'll stop here.
