It's Xmas!!!

Well, am not a christian haha, but still I celebrate xmas with my sistas every year. Yesterday was no exception, and I think we're financially more stable now as compared to when we were still in sch, so we decided to buy a gift for everyone instead of one and doing a gift xchange. I would say the feeling was extremely good to be receiving 4 presents at one go haha, it's just like your birthday.

I shall not go into detail abt our countdown at orchard. It was rather disappointing as the atmosphere and crowd wasn't really enthusiastic abt things. The worse part was when we tried to shove our way outta the Taka area as that's where the crowd lingers. Everywhere we turn, we saw black and sticky and gross figures looming above us, and it makes me feel dirty to be so close to them and smelling their sweat and brushing against their skins.

I hope next year will be a better one where all of us can sit down and have a nice xmas dinner instead of having pizza hut like wad we did yesterday haha. N maybe we can avoid being cornered or attacked by strangers with their spray cans too. It's fun in a way, but the after effects of that leaves me feeling like I just had a foam bath (minus the water), and trust me, it's gross, cos you had to bathe for a full hour after that to make you feel clean once again.

P.S. Recalling yesterday's event as I'm typing this entry gives me the shudders. Maybe 31st Dec will be better.
